So today C&C renegade, the original now free to play 1995 game has 3000 people online today. Jumping on both eve and dust I found dust is under this number today.

With only a couple more weeks until C&C renegade X comes out, and it offering mostly everything CCP was promising but never delivered on, is anyone else switching over on feb 28th?

Both games are using unreal 3, dust has cost CCP over 30 million $ while renegade X has only cost it's 4 creators 100,000$. I love dust and I can't wait to play it once it's out of beta. You know has at least all basic content.

Because Dust 514 is a FPS RPG grindfest where the newberries get thrown into the year old vets in tiny battlefields where PVE doesn't exist to alleviate the fun they aren't having. The players who stick it out learn quick that any given month CCP will nerf something causing their stuff to suck, like the minmitar assault, because of other abusive players using what CCP never play tested. It's a perfect storm of awful that I can't help but flagellate myself with just hoping it will get better.

Just most people go, well I guess i'll just play another fps rpg that doesn't like to screw me over. Yes, there are other fps rpgs though they are mostly on the computer. Free to play even, just not as polished usually... and Korean... but hey at least those games have like a monster or zombie mode or something for PVE.

Why are there still so many people playing Tetris? That's an obvious sign that GTA V is a failure.
